I'm very happy with the job Alberto and his team did on my back patio expansion. Other companies I talked to gave me a hard time about the way I wanted it built because they just wanted to do the bare minimum (which confused me because I was willing to pay for it, so what did it matter?). However, I will be adding an enclosure later on and PSL changed the permitting rules a few years ago where now they group the patio permit in with the enclosure, so if the pad was not engineered properly to begin with, then your enclosure permit will be denied and now you have real problems. So it's better to over-engineer than take shortcuts. Alberto said he appreciated the involvement I had in the design process and that my design was the way he would do it if it were his own property. That statement was what sold me on his company and I have no regrets. They are a wonderful small company to do business with and you will not be disappointed. See more See less
